Hostel Facility

• Smoking, Alcohol & Narcotic consumption is strictly prohibited in and around the Hostel premises. Strict action will be taken against offenders.
• Strict adherence to the prescribed dress code is required. Decency in dressing is a must.
• The Management & Staff will not be responsible for personal belongings.
• Late comers will be penalized.
• Students must keep the Campus & Rooms clean. Defacing walls, equipment, furniture etc., is strictly prohibited.
• Players must turn off all the electrical equipment’s & lights before leaving their rooms.
• Players are allowed to use electric stoves, heaters etc. in rooms with prior permission
• Diet plan scheduled by the coach or staff must followed to the players
• Food will be served only in the designated Dining Hall(s) and only during the specified timings. Wasting food & water will not be encouraged.
• All lights must be switched off before 11 pm in the rooms.
• Players are not allowed to use Mobile phones after 10 pm. Cell phones of those at fault will be confiscated.
• Visitors are allowed only between: 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. No outside Guest\Students will be allowed inside the hostel.
• Players should not enter rooms of other students without permission.
• Silence: Strict silence shall be observed in hostel from 11.00 pm to 5.30 am. Care should be taken at all times to ensure that music\loud talking is NOT audible outside the room.
• Any manner of festivities and noise making\celebrations will not be entertained, which may cause disturbance to other inmates in the hostel premises.
• Players during their stay in the hostel will be governed by the management rules. Train

While playing cricket in the field:

• Rules and regulations strictly followed by the players in any circumstances
• Players will remain regular & punctual during the training.
• Players will maintain the discipline during the training, match & tour.
• Mobile phones will not be allowed during the training.
• During training, match, tour & any other activity an act of mischief, verbal abuse, racial remarks and manhandling will not be acceptable.
• Players are expected to improve their performance continuously.
• Players will not accept any gift or monetary benefit without prior permission of the Academy.
• Players will attend sports ceremony or function only with prior permission of the Academy.
• Players will participate in any sports activity or cricket events etc. with prior permission of the Academy

Type these rules over form

• Entry is restricted to members holding valid Identity card at the time/shift allotted to them.
• Each player will register his/her name &membership number at the time of entry in the register kept at the entrance of the cricket field.
• Id- card holders will be allowed to play cricket in the allotted shift and session only as indicated in the Identity card.
• The permission for use of cricket field for any player can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason.
• All players will play in proper cricket uniform and should possess complete cricket kit which includes bat, ball, batting pad, thigh guards and batting gloves etc.
• All instructions by the cricket coach shall be strictly followed. Coach is authorized to refuse any person from playing cricket owing to misbehaviour or infringement of the rules and regulations.
• Any injuries/loss of life during Practice sessions will be at the risk of the player. Management holds no responsibility for any accident or mishappening.
• No compensation or claim shall be entertained in case of any mishap or loss of life during Practice sessions.
• Members are not allowed to bring any eatables in the field and spoil the cricket field in any way.
• Visitors are not allowed to enter the cricket field.
• No person shall bring any valuable item like, ornaments, gold ,chains etc. The management will not be responsible for the loss of any valuable items.
• Pets are not allowed inside the cricket field.
• Fees once paid will not be refundable and is non-transferable.
